We are the owners of 80 hectares spread over the three Burgundy Côtes, with a majority of our vines in the Côte Chalonnaise with a historical presence in Bouzeron. We aim to share the passion we feel every day as we work to tell you our story.
Throughout the seasons we seek to safeguard the biodiversity and ecosystem of our vineyards and therefore prefer sustainable organic viticulture.
We preserve our environment using spray treatments that respect the soil while fine tuning its fertilization and microbial system.
In order to showcase the identity of each of our “terroirs”, all of Domaine Chanzy’s wines are aged in casks of carefully selected origin .
Each wine receives meticulous handling through complete mastery of the maturation process with attention to the lunar cycle and employing harmonic resonance – even MOZART joins in the concert.
This is how we ennoble each and every grape to create our superb wines.
This impassioned but purposeful task is the responsibility of our talented team who have acquired a wealth of knowledge of Burgundy over several generations.
