Our 66 hectares of vines are cultivated with passion and respect, adopting a reasoned approach to viticulture. This approach combines traditional know-how with modern practices to preserve the natural balance of our terroirs and guarantee exceptional wines.
Engaged in particularly environmentally friendly approaches, we apply ourselves to preserving a generous and living land, and to working it with respect while taking care of its biodiversity and ecosystem throughout the seasons.
We strictly limit the use of inputs, favor soil work and encourage biodiversity to strengthen the resilience of our vines. Each intervention is designed to respect the natural cycle of the vine, favoring gentle methods adapted to each plot.

The quest for excellence begins with the observation of the terroirs and is followed by a long, precise and delicate work during vinification and aging, so that each climate expresses itself in the purest Burgundian tradition. We can have several 'climats' or 'lieux-dits' for the same appellation, each having its own character, which reflects the characteristics of each plot. The mastery of the entire vinification and aging process thus guarantees wines that are true to our vision and the expression of the terroir and ensures a precise approach adapted to each cuvée. This approach allows us to offer you authentic, elegant wines that reveal their origin.
Each plot is therefore vinified, aged and bottled separately. The aging takes place in barrels whose origins have been rigorously selected to respect the identity of each vine plot. We work with 4 to 5 different coopers to allow the diversity of our aging.
