Chanzy's expert advice

Serving temperature: 15°C
This classic wine will be perfect with balanced cuisine that is neither too spicy nor too heavy.

Food and Wine pairing

This wine goes well with roasted meats such as veal tenderloin with mild curry or, more traditionally, a little savory. With its charming and spontaneous harmony, it also goes well with simple dishes such as pork tenderloin, veal or leg of lamb accompanied by small vegetables or gratins. The wines pleasant tannins go wonderfully well with Burgundy pies. Matches well with mild flavored cheeses such as Époisse, Brillat, Cîteaux, Soumaintrain.
