Matured for a minimum aging of 18 months in bottle at temperature between 12° C and 15°C
Vinification
The grapes receive limited pressing and natural cold settling. Thirty percent of wines are vinified in barrels and the remainder in vats. The wine is finished with traditional secondary fermentation in the bottle.
