Chanzy's expert advice
Serving temperature: 14°C
On the nose in its first years, this pinot noir offers a diversity of aromas with a range of fresh red fruits such as blackcurrant or cherry. On the palate, it is rather round, with assertive but delicate tannins.
food and wine pairing
This wine has a freshness and fruity suppleness that is accessible and invites a dinner of aperitifs of fresh and savory tapas. It also serves well at a brunch with soft-boiled eggs with herbs, mushrooms stuffed with shrimps and fresh cheese with chives, roasted fish, roasted vegetables with feta, spinach and ricotta ravioli, lemon chicken and goat cheese.
