Puligny-Montrachet shares with Chassagne Montrachet the most perfect expression of Chardonnay. Only a few meters from the Grands Crus, the Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée was established in 1937. It offers a white wine with a strong personality and a high reputation.

Chanzy's expert advice
Serving temperature: 12°C
Concentrated strength and a great heritage have made Puligny-Montrachet. With complete balance and great aromatic complexity combined with refined style, this wine calls for delicate but also rich dishes.
food and wine pairing
This wine will be good at home with nice poultry in sauce, or with a pan-fried veal with mushrooms. It will prove admirable with foie gras, lobster, scampi, or grilled and pan-fried sea fish, which will thank this wine for its great distinction. On the cheese board, this wine looks for the company of goats or Reblochon as well as soft cheeses with a flowery rind such as Brie de Meaux.
