Food and Wine pairing

With its silky tannins and round texture, Ladoix Villages prefers raw hams of the Parma type, and fibrous and subtle meats such as rabbit and boiled beef. Offal in sauce and game birds will also benefit from its creamy and velvety tannic structure. Its fleshy mouth will also round off the spices of curried meats and poultry, and even the aromatic strength of antipasti and marinated vegetables. It goes well with soft-flavored cheeses such as Vacherin, Reblochon and Cîteaux.
