Karine Moréteaux

Chanzy's expert advice

Serving temperature: 16°C

Mazis-Chambertin is known for having a firm structure and considerable vigor. It is a virile, well-structured wine with beautiful aromatic power. It is adorned with a dark ruby color. The nose is intense with woody, spicy and fruity notes (red fruits). The mouth has a continuity of olfactory perceptions: it is a pleasant mixture of fruity and woody aromas. The tannins are supple and the finish is long. It is a balanced wine, full of finesse and elegance.

Food and Wine pairing

Piece of beef with chanterelles, hare stew, glazed duck, roasted saddle of lamb.
