Chanzy's expert advice
Serving temperature: 12°C
Concentration and great breed make the stuff of Puligny-Montrachet. All is in balance and this great aromatic complexity combined with refined style calls for delicate and also rich dishes.
Food and Wine pairing
As at home with a nice poultry in sauce as with a pan-seared veal with mushrooms, it will also be admirable with foie gras, spiny lobster and lobster. Grilled and pan-fried sea fish will thank it for its great distinction. On the cheese board this wine looks for the company of goats and Reblochon as well as soft cheeses with a flowery rind such as Brie de Meaux.
